If you have nephews and nieces please don't let them wear crocs in malls. I read that the shoes stick to the escalators. I haven't worn one myself so i wouldn't know (and i'm too chicken to check the injury pictures), but a lot of related incidents are all over the net now.

Me: The crocs are only dangerous for kids because they lack the strength to pull themselves free. For adults, unless you're weak, they're just fugly XD

For me. It's just a matter of being careful and staying in the middle of the escalator steps. It doesn't matter if you're wearing crocs or not. Accidents happen, or in the case of getting caught by escalators, stupidity happens. They're just looking for other things to blame so that they won't look dumb (which they apparently are).
